RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you need to coordinate a return or exchange
- For returns, send a email to hello@wildchildapparel.com with the title “RETURN REQUEST” and give us a quick reason for the return as well as the original order number and your contact details
- You have seven (7) days from the date that you received your package to return it to our store either in person or by mail
- You are responsible for the cost to ship your return back to us
- Unfortunately, beyond seven (7) days of receipt of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it with any/ alll tags attached
- We will process your refund upon receiving the return and inspecting the product to ensure everything is in good condition
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the transaction and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Due to bank processing times, this may take up to 14 days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund after several days, please send us a follow-up email
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Exchanges will be possible for fit or damage to your item. Please send an email to hello@wildchildapparel.com with details about your reason for the exchange. Please be aware that there may be fees associated to exchange. These fees will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Shipping Your Return
- To return your product, please send us an email immediately so we can assess it
- You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for returning the product to us in a timely manner
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
